This cutter also includes an attachment hub, which gives you the added versatility to use your food cutter as a meat chopper or vegetable slicer. Easy to clean and easy to set up, the stainless steel bowl, bowl cover and knives are all removable without the need for tools. In addition, the one-piece burnished aluminum housing makes the food cutter easy to wipe clean and eliminates the cracks or crevices where bacteria can grow. The bowl cover is also a one-piece burnished aluminum casting that can be lifted to remove product or for cleaning. Built with safety in mind, an interlock prevents the machine from being turned on unless the bowl cover is down and locked in place.
